Is there an express service option?
At Omega Electronics every order is treated as a priority and we do everything possible to complete it in the shortest time—without any extra charge. Because of the nature of certain repairs and limited availability of some original parts, we cannot always guarantee completion within a few working days. Whenever necessary, we offer alternative solutions such as renting our equipment for the duration of the repair, exchanging the faulty device for a working one, or purchasing a replacement unit.
Are repaired devices covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every device repaired by our company is covered by a warranty. The standard period is 365 days, although for some equipment the term may differ. Full details can be found in our warranty terms and conditions, available here.
Is an on-site service visit possible?
Since January 2025 Omega Electronics has offered on-site service visits. A technician can be sent directly to the customer to diagnose the device on location. If we have a suitable replacement unit in stock, we can swap the faulty equipment for a working one right at the customer’s site. This service is subject to an additional fee.
We operate two field-service bases: one in Radom and another in Kołbiel (Mazowieckie Province). You can find more details about our on-site service visits here.
How long does a repair take?
We understand how important turnaround time is. After an initial diagnosis we estimate the repair time; 90 % of repairs are completed within three working days. Owing to the nature of some repairs and limited availability of certain original parts, we cannot always guarantee completion within a few days. When that happens, we propose alternatives such as renting our equipment, exchanging the faulty device for a working one, or purchasing a replacement unit.
