2. Send or deliver the deviceShip the faulty unit by courier or bring it to our headquarters in Radom. If identifying the fault is difficult, we offer an on-site service that includes diagnosis and collection.
3. DiagnosticsDiagnosis and a repair quotation take up to four working days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnostics we prepare a repair offer.
4. Repair offerWe send the offer by e-mail or as a PDF document, stating the estimated completion date and service price.
5. Service executionOnce you accept the offer, we immediately begin the repair, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of defective components and load testing.
6. Return to the customerThe repaired device is made ready for personal collection or, if shipped, carefully packed and sent by courier to the address you specify.
SCOPE OF WORK
Diagnostics
We start with a detailed inspection of the failure range: power, control and power-stage modules (IGBT, MOSFET, thyristors), as well as measurement, cooling and communication systems. We measure voltages and test electronic components.
Contamination removal
Industrial devices face heavy contamination. All assemblies are ultrasonically cleaned and dried in specialised equipment.
Repair & component replacement
We restore or replace damaged parts such as power modules, supplies, I/O, communication interfaces, cooling and measurement systems. Critical and short-life elements are proactively renewed to secure years of trouble-free operation. PCBs are refurbished, and all THT & SMD electrolytic capacitors are replaced.
Functional testing
After repair, each unit is tested on dedicated rigs and CNC machines. Real-machine trials reveal faults impossible to catch in lab conditions. We verify subsystem operation, cooling performance and load behaviour, while backing up customer parameters.
