2. Send or deliver the deviceShip the faulty unit by courier or bring it to our headquarters in Radom. If identifying the fault is difficult, we offer an on-site service that includes diagnosis and collection.
3. DiagnosticsDiagnosis and a repair quotation take up to four working days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnostics we prepare a repair offer.
4. Repair offerWe send the offer by e-mail or as a PDF document, stating the estimated completion date and service price.
5. Service executionOnce you accept the offer, we immediately begin the repair, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of defective components and load testing.
6. Return to the customerThe repaired device is made ready for personal collection or, if shipped, carefully packed and sent by courier to the address you specify.
SCOPE OF WORK
Diagnostics
The repair process begins with a thorough fault assessment. We examine power, control and drive stages (IGBTs, MOSFETs, thyristors) as well as measurement, cooling and communication systems. Voltage levels are measured and electronic components rigorously tested.
Contamination removal
Industrial devices are often exposed to dirt and debris. Every assembly is ultrasonically cleaned and dried in specialised equipment.
Repair & component replacement
We refurbish or replace damaged parts—including power modules, supplies, I/O boards, communication interfaces, and cooling or measurement systems—and proactively renew the most failure-prone, short-life components to secure years of trouble-free operation. PCB laminates are refreshed, and all THT and SMD electrolytic capacitors are always replaced.
Equipment testing
After repair, each unit undergoes a multi-stage test programme:
Stage I – safe-mode test
Galvanic isolation and limited supply power, using our in-house “bulb testers,” followed by start-up with a low-power motor on a restricted power supply.Stage II – load test
Conducted on specialised diagnostic benches under load. We operate more than ten different dynamometers, including rigs for servo drives with various encoder types and DC drives with tacho, encoder or EMF feedback. We can currently test AC inverters and servo drives up to 15 kW and DC drives up to 36 kW.
