Since 2025 we have been offering an on-site service that supports Polish industry—primarily within the Masovian Voivodeship. Our specialist visits your premises, diagnoses faults, and performs basic repairs on the spot. If an on-site repair is impossible, we will propose optimal solutions.

WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
- Diagnostics, maintenance, and inspections of frequency inverters
- Troubleshooting complex faults in the following systems:
- Siemens Sinumerik: 810D / 840D / 840DSL
- Heidenhain: TNC426, iTNC530, iTNC530 HSCI, TNC620 / 640
- FANUC: 0i, 16i, 21i
- NC/PLC data backup, data uploading, and machine start-up after loss of configuration data
- Express machine start-up using exchange service or component rental
- Installation and commissioning of components repaired by us

2. Scheduling the visitWe will arrange a convenient service date and present the travel costs.
3. Travel to the customerWe will come to you and repair the device on site. All work is covered by a service warranty.
STANDARD PRICING
PLN 200 net for each commenced hour of the engineer’s work Travel to the customer: PLN 2 per km Engineer’s accommodation cost if the service duration exceeds 6 hours
