2. Send or deliver the deviceShip the faulty unit by courier or bring it to our headquarters in Radom. If identifying the fault is difficult, we offer an on-site service that includes diagnosis and collection.
3. DiagnosticsDiagnosis and a repair quotation take up to four working days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnostics we prepare a repair offer.
4. Repair offerWe send the offer by e-mail or as a PDF document, stating the estimated completion date and service price.
5. Service executionOnce you accept the offer, we immediately begin the repair, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of defective components and load testing.
6. Return to the customerThe repaired device is made ready for personal collection or, if shipped, carefully packed and sent by courier to the address you specify.
SCOPE OF WORK
Diagnostics
Our repair process begins with a detailed assessment of the fault. We inspect the power, control and drive stages (including IGBTs, MOSFETs and thyristors) as well as the measurement, cooling and communication systems. Voltage readings are taken and electronic components are rigorously tested.
Contamination removal
Industrial equipment is often exposed to dirt and debris. Every assembly is thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and dried in specialised machinery.
Repair & component replacement
We refurbish or replace damaged parts such as power modules, supplies, I/O boards, communication interfaces, and cooling or measurement systems. We also proactively renew the most failure-prone and short-life components to guarantee years of trouble-free operation. PCB laminates are restored, and all THT and SMD electrolytic capacitors are always replaced.
Equipment testing
After repair, every unit is tested on dedicated benches in two stages:
Stage I – safe-mode testing
Galvanic isolation and limited supply power are applied, using our proprietary “bulb testers.
Stage II – diagnostic-stand testing
Depending on the device family, we run the unit on one of three diagnostic stations equipped with original CNC computers taken from MAZAK machine tools.
