2. Send or deliver the deviceShip the faulty unit by courier or bring it to our headquarters in Radom. If identifying the fault is difficult, we offer an on-site service that includes diagnosis and collection.
3. DiagnosticsDiagnosis and a repair quotation take up to four working days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnostics we prepare a repair offer.
4. Repair offerWe send the offer by e-mail or as a PDF document, stating the estimated completion date and service price.
5. Service executionOnce you accept the offer, we immediately begin the repair, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of defective components and load testing.
6. Return to the customerThe repaired device is made ready for personal collection or, if shipped, carefully packed and sent by courier to the address you specify.
SCOPE OF WORK
Diagnostics
Our repair process begins with a detailed assessment of the fault. We examine the power-, control- and power-stage modules (including IGBTs, MOSFETs and thyristors) as well as the measurement, cooling and communication systems. Voltage checks and electronic-component tests are performed.
Contamination removal
Industrial equipment is often exposed to heavy contamination. Every assembly is thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and dried in specialised equipment.
Repair & component replacement
We restore or replace damaged parts such as power modules, supplies, I/O sections, communication interfaces, and cooling or measurement systems. We also proactively renew the most failure-prone and short-lived components to secure years of trouble-free operation. PCBs are refurbished, and all THT and SMD electrolytic capacitors are always replaced.
Equipment testing
Once repairs are complete, we test each unit on dedicated benches through several stages:
Stage I – safe-mode testing (galvanic isolation, limited supply power) using our proprietary “bulb testers.”
Stage II – load testing
Conducted on a dedicated rig built around a CU 320 control unit. The stand is paired with a dynamometer that lets us load the device under test with up to 15 kW, enabling thorough checks of power supplies, drive modules and servomotors.
Stage III – integration testing with native Siemens CNC systems
We use a Sinumerik 840 D SL test bench to evaluate drive modules, Combi modules, operator panels with TCUs and MCP machine keyboards. The core test runs a CNC program in automatic mode for a minimum of four hours.
Stage IV (optional) – thermal-stress testing
Units are cycled at reduced temperature (≈ 0 °C) and then heated to 50 °C in an industrial oven. This procedure is reserved for elusive faults that appear only once every few hours—or even days—under normal conditions.
