2. Send or deliver the deviceShip the faulty unit by courier or bring it to our headquarters in Radom. If identifying the fault is difficult, we offer an on-site service that includes diagnosis and collection.
3. DiagnosticsDiagnosis and a repair quotation take up to four working days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnostics we prepare a repair offer.
4. Repair offerWe send the offer by e-mail or as a PDF document, stating the estimated completion date and service price.
5. Service executionOnce you accept the offer, we immediately begin the repair, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of defective components and load testing.
6. Return to the customerThe repaired device is made ready for personal collection or, if shipped, carefully packed and sent by courier to the address you specify.
SCOPE OF WORK
Diagnostics
The repair process begins with a detailed assessment of the fault. We inspect power, control and drive stages (IGBTs, MOSFETs, thyristors) as well as measurement, cooling and communication systems. Voltage levels are measured and electronic components rigorously tested.
Contamination removal
Industrial devices are often exposed to dirt and debris. Every assembly is thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and dried in specialised equipment.
Repair & component replacement
We refurbish or replace damaged parts. Control-computer failures are frequently caused by long-term contamination and PCB corrosion—here we reconstruct damaged traces, replace corroded components and seal the board with polyurethane lacquer or UV-curing solder mask. We can also replace or reball BGA chips on a semi-automatic hot-air station. A new backup battery is fitted as part of every standard service. When back-light brightness is low, we can replace worn CCFL lamps or retrofit an LED back-light.
Equipment testing
After repair, each unit is run on dedicated diagnostic benches. The standard procedure runs a simple CNC programme in automatic mode for at least four hours. For elusive faults, tests can last several days and include cold-soak and heat-soak cycles.
At the final stage the customer’s original files—saved during initial diagnostics—are reloaded.
